“I have been taking action on so many of the strategies and ideas you shared in the 6-week course. Based on what I learned in your course (and your excellent feedback), I have been sending out an awesome pitch email and getting so many "yes's" I can't even believe it.

JILL SWENSON Postcards for the win again. After emailing the Door County arts magazine repeatedly and getting nowhere, I sent a handwritten postcard that said I wrote the last chapter in a workshop there. Bad-da-bing: https://doorcountypulse.com/author-completes-book-at-write-on-door-county/
Busting down brick walls today. Decided to pursue a reporter who covers county east of St. Paul for the Pioneer Press because the book editor there won't respond. Plugged the local angle. She responded and said she would talk to books editor and see how they want to handle it as they may want it for the Sunday books section. Still hoping to get Twin Cities press coverage.
